◆ Shell features:
Cylindrical aluminum shell, one-time stretching, no joints at the bottom, sealing without leakage. The bottom of the shell is installed with a single stud, which is simple and convenient.
◆ Thin film process:
The film is processed by wavy evaporation and slitting. After winding, the effective metal spraying area on the side of the component increases by 20%, reducing the contact resistance and enabling it to resist large current impacts. Each capacitor adopts coaxial winding technology, with only three components, ensuring good capacity consistency. The gold-sprayed end face layer of the capacitor component is thick and the gold-sprayed area is large, effectively reducing the contact resistance and being able to resist large harmonic current impacts.
◆ Reliable protection:
The capacitor is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor and a temperature switch. When the internal temperature exceeds 55℃, the temperature switch opens, which can cut off the control circuit. The cylindrical aluminum shell is equipped with a top-breaking pressure protection plate. When internal breakdown generates pressure gas, the protection plate will break, cutting off the main circuit power supply, ensuring high safety.
◆ Rapid heat dissipation
The internal wiring is the shortest, the gold spray layer on the components is large and thick, and the metal spray area is large, which minimizes active power loss to the greatest extent, with AC loss not exceeding 0.3%, and reduces heat generation. The circular capacitor element is installed in a circular housing, with dry resin dielectric evenly filled in the gaps, which can quickly conduct the heat of the capacitor element to the aluminum housing and has good heat dissipation.
