Successful Operation in June! Nantong Zhifeng APF Equipment Safeguards Manufacturers Against Peak Summer Power Loads

As June ushers in the peak summer power consumption period, industrial enterprises operate at full production capacity. According to the actual on-site working conditions, Nantong Zhifeng Power customized a comprehensive power quality management solution and deployed 5 sets of APF filter equipment for the project.

Adopting high-speed adaptive control algorithms, the APF equipment delivers millisecond-level rapid response, capable of real-time harmonic filtering, three-phase load balancing and accurate reactive power compensation. After commissioning, all power grid indicators of the park meet national standards, with the power factor steadily maintained above 0.99. The equipment effectively solves common power quality issues including voltage distortion, equipment malfunction and precision machine tool deviation, greatly improving the safety and stability of the power distribution system.

During the peak summer power consumption period, the complete set of APF equipment operates stably with zero faults, fully adapting to the enterprise’s full-load production demands. Calculations show that the project can help the enterprise save hundreds of thousands of yuan annually in power loss, equipment maintenance and production shutdown costs, achieving remarkable cost reduction and efficiency improvement results.
